Are you a dedicated Health & Safety professional looking to join a business that actually puts people first?

We are partnering with a highly respected, well-established Civil Engineering contractor based near Northampton. Known for their technical excellence and "people-before-profits" culture, they have secured a robust pipeline of high-profile projects across the region. This isn't just about policing sites; it's about joining a collaborative team where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is a priority.

The Role
As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be the face of safety across various sites, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained while fostering a positive safety culture. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Conducting site inspections and comprehensive audits.
  • Providing practical, solution-oriented advice to site management and operational teams.
  • Assisting in the development of RAMS and ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Leading incident investigations and implementing preventative measures.
  • Delivering engaging toolbox talks and safety briefings.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who understands the nuances of a live site environment. To be successful, you should have:
  • Proven Experience: A solid track record in H&S within Civil Engineering, Utilities, or Construction.
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
  • A Collaborative Mindset: The ability to build rapport with site teams and influence change positively.
  • Mobility: A full UK driving licence, as you will be visiting various local projects.
